This position supports Key Personnel in Springfield, VA
Personnel Security Program Manager to lead a team of security professionals on a government contract and shall be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multiple security disciplines. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and delivering high-quality security services

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of program performance, including technical, contractual, administrative, and financial
Supervise contract Personnel Security and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
Interface with key stakeholders and manage corporate time, attendance, travel, and pay benefits
Interview, select, and place contractor Personnel Security personnel
Deliver quality deliverables and program conclusions on time and within budget
Plan, organize, and administer work assignments and ensure timely report submissions
Review and adjudicate reports to determine security clearance status
Requirements:
Must reside in the Springfield, VA area
Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week
Must have 3 years of experience in Personnel Security including Adjudications and be considered a Subject Matter Expert
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Supervisory role preferably in Personnel Security
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Security Administration
Strong skills and knowledge of eQIP, CVS, NCIC, DISS, Excel, Adobe, Microsoft Outlook/Teams
Must have experience and strong knowledge of ISMS
Strong experience with KPIs and analytics, including reporting
Knowledge of managing employees on pay issues, benefits, and government contractual requirements
Strong written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail, multitasking ability, customer-oriented, and results-driven
