Visualization Solutions Engineer - NO LONGER ACCEPTING CANDIDATES

A dynamic federal IT consulting team is seeking a Visualization Solutions Engineer to create engaging dashboards and transform raw data into meaningful insights. This role will focus on visualizing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) data using Tableau, with data queries and transformation powered by Snowflake SQL.

Clearance Requirements: Must be a US Citizen and capable of passing a Public Trust background investigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau
Write and optimize Snowflake SQL queries to extract, transform, and prepare data
Generate GRC metrics and reporting to support compliance, audit, and leadership decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into visualization solutions
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards
Document design approaches, queries, and dashboard configuration
Monitor and improve performance of dashboards
Stay current with trends in data visualization and analytics tools

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
5+ years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or analytics
Strong experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
Proficiency in SQL, particularly using Snowflake
Familiarity with data modeling, ETL, and data pipeline development
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) data or concepts
Experience working with federal or public sector data environments
